The HOMEBREWOPEDIA is intended as an educational resource for homebrewers that draws upon the collective knowledge of the homebrewing community. Keep that in mind when posting or editing content on the HOMEBREWOPEDIA.

Keep Posts On-Topic

Posts to this site should be limited to homebrew/fermented beverage-related subject matter.  Posts on politics, religion, sex, race etc. are not permitted, unless they are clearly relevant to homebrew/fermented beverage-related subject matter and are not used in a demeaning or promotional manner.  Posts of offensive material, such as pornography will be immediately removed, and poster will be blocked from posting in the future.  The definition of "offensive material" is decided by the HOMEBREWOPEDIA Administrators.

Respect Other Users

Respect others who contribute to this site.  It is fine to disagree with someone, but don't post disrespectful comments or delete or edit others posts out of spite or malice.

No Marketing

Posts to the HOMEBREWOPEDIA should be educational/informational and should not specifically promote a particular business or product or service or that request products or services.

Content that violates the protocol will be removed by the HOMEBREWOPEDIA Administrators.

Users who find content that violates the protocol can mark such content for deletion. Administrators will judge whether or not to delete content marked for deletion.

Users who violate the HOMEBREWOPEDIA Protocol may be banned from posting to the HOMEBREWOPEDIA.

HOMEBREWOPEDIA Administrators may remove content or ban users at their discretion.

The HOMEBREWOPEDIA protocol is subject to change by the Administrators without notice.
