Description of this Beer
 10-gallon batch of American Wheat - split into two fermenters.  1 carboy with 1 lb clover honey, 1 with 1 lb agave nectar.  Fermentis WB-06 yeast in both, fermented at 68

1.0 lb light clover honey (in 1 batch)

1.0 agave nectar (in t'other batch)

 

Hops

 2.0 ounces Hallertau 3.2% Alpha, 60 minutes

Directions
Include mash temps/times, boil times, fermentation temps/duration, etc.
Mash at 152@ for 60 minutes.  Sparge and collect 6.5 gallons; 60-minute boil.  Yield approximately 5.55 gallons.  Cool and split into two fermenters.  Heat honey with 2 quarts water to 170, and add to 1 fermenter; heat agave nectar with two quarts water and add to other fermenter.  Add cold water to bring total volume up to 5.5 gallons in each.  Pitch Fermentis WB-06 at 68 degrees.  Ferment 10 days (or until finishing gravity is complete).
