| Include mash temps/times, boil times, fermentation temps/duration, etc. |
| Mash at 152@ for 60 minutes. Sparge and collect 6.5 gallons; 60-minute boil. Yield approximately 5.55 gallons. Cool and split into two fermenters. Heat honey with 2 quarts water to 170, and add to 1 fermenter; heat agave nectar with two quarts water and add to other fermenter. Add cold water to bring total volume up to 5.5 gallons in each. Pitch Fermentis WB-06 at 68 degrees. Ferment 10 days (or until finishing gravity is complete). |
